An independent agency, and what that actually means
Independent means not tied to one carrier. This site explains the Florida market rather than selling one company's version of it, which is the difference between reading about insurance here and reading about it on a carrier's own pages.
How this is paid for
Nothing on this site costs a reader anything, and there is no advertising on it. When a reader eventually buys a policy, that happens through a licensed agency rather than here. We say so because the question sits in everybody's mind and almost nobody in this category answers it out loud.
What we do not do
We do not sell your contact details to a lead network. We do not publish a premium nobody has run. We do not promise the cheapest price in Florida, because nobody can know that. And nothing here sits behind a mandatory email.
Why bilingual is structural here
Almost every insurance page in this market is written in English and then run through a translator. In a county where a large share of households live their whole financial life in Spanish or in Haitian Creole, that is not service, it is decoration. Our pages are written in each language rather than converted into it, and the person who answers the phone speaks the one you called in.
Where we are
One office, in Hialeah, licensed across Florida. We know Miami-Dade and Broward properly and we say so rather than claiming the whole state. If you are somewhere else in Florida we can still write you, we will just be honest that we know your street less well than we know this one.
The licensed agents
We do not employ licensed agents yet. When that changes, every one of them will be named here with their licence number, the way this site names its sources.
Work it out before anybody sells you anything
Four calculators that run in your browser, a page for every situation Florida puts people in, and the claims data for your own county. All of it free, and none of it behind a form. The form is for the other half of the job: when you have read enough and want a person on the phone.
Leave a name and a number and a licensed Florida agent gets in touch. No obligation, and no call from six companies you have never heard of.
A licensed Florida agent may call, text or email you about your request.
