This page explains what Atalaya Insurance learns about you when you read this site, what happens to the contact form after you send it, and who else touches it. It is written to match what the site actually does, and it is short because the site does very little.
We run no analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, and no third-party script of any kind, so no profile of your visit is built here and no cookie banner is needed. Our server sets no cookie on these pages and the site writes nothing to your browser’s storage. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for security and for rate limiting; those are not used to build a picture of you.
The wind mitigation estimator, the hurricane deductible calculator, the SR-22 and FR-44 checker, the Citizens offer analyser and the flood claims chart all compute in your browser. They make no network request. Whatever you type into one, including a property value or a driving situation, is never transmitted to us and never leaves the device you are reading on. Close the tab and it is gone.
The form asks for a name and a phone number, and optionally an email address, what you need insured, your city, and a message. It collects nothing else. There is a hidden field no person can see, used to catch automated submissions, and a limit on how many submissions one network address can send in ten minutes.
Please do not put identifiers in the message box. Nobody needs a social security number, a driver licence number, a policy number or a medical detail in order to call you back, and the form says so where you type. As a backstop, our server removes anything matching those patterns before the message reaches an inbox. That is a safety net, not a guarantee, which is why the request comes first.
A submission becomes a single email to Atalaya Insurance. It is not written to any database and no account is created for you. We pass what you sent to a licensed Florida insurance agent so that someone who can actually quote and bind coverage is able to answer you. We do not sell your details, and we do not distribute them to a lead network or to a list of competing agencies. By sending the form you are agreeing that we or a licensed agent may contact you about your request by phone, text message or email.
Nobody else. There is no advertising network, no data broker, and no lead marketplace in that list, and adding one would mean rewriting this section rather than quietly changing the code.
Only as long as the email exists in the inbox it was sent to. Because nothing is stored in a database, there is no record to expire on a schedule and no profile accumulating in the background. If you would like your message deleted from that inbox, ask through the contact form and say so.
This site is for adults arranging insurance and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If the site starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes on the same day, not afterwards. The date at the top is when it was last edited.
Questions about this policy go through the contact form on this site. We publish no email address anywhere on the site on purpose: a published address collects far more automated mail than it does questions, and the form reaches the same place.
